Scheduling for Existing Clients

Welcome back and thank you for continuing your trust in us!

  • Just a reminder we are not an emergency care practice
  • For existing clients we may be available for same day or next day non-urgent illness appointments depending on your location and our schedule
  • To start the appointment booking process, click on the "Request An Appointment" button below
  • Fill out the prompts on the online scheduler (you do not need to include your home address in the "What is the reason for your pet's visit" section unless your address has changed)
  • You may receive a follow up text message if more information is needed to create your estimate
  • We will then email you an estimate and determine if a deposit is needed based on the expected services (i.e. multiple pets, several vaccinations, lab work, etc)
  • If a deposit is not needed, we will confirm your appointment at that time
  • If a deposit is requested, it is required within 72 hours of receiving the approval email in order to secure your appointment
  • Once we receive your deposit, you will be notified that your appointment has been finalized
  • Please do not hesitate to ask if you have any questions about or during the process
