Due to the unique nature of in-home veterinary care, we require deposits for new client appointments and on a case-by-case basis for extensive estimates for both new and existing clients
Deposits vary depending on the nature of the appointment and expected services (i.e. multiple pets, several vaccinations, lab work, etc)
For new clients, deposits are required within 72 hours of receiving the appointment approval email in order to secure your appointment
Your appointment will not be finalized until the deposit is received
As stated above, existing clients will be asked to leave a deposit on a case-by-case basis
Any payment form listed below can be used for the deposit, however Zelle payment is preferred and is the fastest way for us to refund your deposit in the event of a cancellation (see below)
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service
We accept cash, Zelle, debit, credit (Visa/Mastercard) and CareCredit
We do not take checks, PayPal, Venmo, ApplePay, Discover, or American Express
Cancellation Policy
We prefer as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule
You are entitled to a full refund of your deposit if your appointment is canceled at least 48 hours in advance
If your appointment was made or canceled less than 48 hours in advance, refund of the deposit is per our discretion
Excessive cancellations by existing clients will result in deposits being required prior to scheduling
If you are not home at the time of your appointment, your appointment will be rescheduled or canceled and your deposit is non-refundable
Pharmacy and Prescriptions Policy
We have many prescription medications and supplements directly available for your pet at the time of your appointment
Due to state law, prescriptions cannot be returned for a refund
We trust and use Vetsource online pharmacy
Written prescriptions are available for clients to submit to third party pharmacies
We are unable to call in, fax, email or electronically approve prescriptions to third party pharmacies
Rabies Vaccination Policy
In Arizona, all dogs three months of age or older are required to be vaccinated against Rabies
We require history of Rabies vaccination for examination or we will need to administer a Rabies vaccine at your appointment (note: we offer mercury-free Rabies vaccines)
Titers are not sufficient and will not be accepted in lieu of Rabies vaccination
Safety Policy
We reserve the right to refuse service if the safety or integrity of our staff is in question
Please note that at this time we cannot see pets that require injectable sedation for examination
If a pet is too fearful or aggressive to handle for its or our staff's safety, our consultation fee and house call fee still apply
Respect Policy
The relationship between a veterinarian, client, and patient is mutually beneficial and thrives on respect and teamwork
We expect respect from our clients and do not tolerate bullying, lying, or manipulation; in turn you will receive the same respect
If you violate this policy, you will be dismissed as a client and provided a copy of your medical records
