• After reviewing your appointment request, we will contact you to obtain additional information needed prior to finalizing your pet's appointment

• Please read our "Practice Policies" here and complete and sign the New Client/Patient Registration Form here (have your pet's medical records and vaccine history handy)

• To make this the best experience for you and your pet, we are here to help you with any questions you may have

***If your pet needs end-of-life care, do not use the online scheduler; please text or call us to discuss so we can best help your pet

***With the exception of end-of-life care, depending on the nature of your request we may not be able to provide same day care for new clients and for your pet's safety we do not see emergencies
